Do you know when your food is authentically Italian?
Discover and taste the Italian specialties at the launch evening of the project "True Italian Taste", in the framework of the promotion of the authentic Italian food.
The project aims to counter the spread of Italian Sounding phenomenon over Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain and Switzerland, and to encourage the export of the Italian agrifood SMEs through a conscientious consumption of authentic Italian food products.
The initiative - which is part of the 100% Made in Italy promotion campaign - is promoted by the Italian Ministry of the Economic Development, financed by ICE Agency and created by Assocamerestero, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.

*Carlo de Pascale, cooking class facilitator and former restaurant chef, is a print journalist and a radio-television commentator for RTBF. He is also the author of several cookbooks.
